This softphone is pretty cool. I actually purchased a license for it $16.99 USD). I'm using the VXI USB100 headset from the Macspeech bundle and sound quality is good. Loudhush only supports IAX however.
I emailed the developer as they mentioned an addressbook applescript but it wasn't included in the download and they reponded quickly and I gave them a few suggestions on how to improve the app and hopefully some of them will find their way into the next version.
