Right now it is capped at 50 extensions because that is what we can guarantee will work within the 500 grammar file limit that we have with Lumenvox. Now if we have enough demand for system over 50 extensions we will setup a server with the 10,000 grammar file limits that will allow any size company to use the Magic Button. The only difference with this would be the monthly cost would be higher. We have not figured out the cost associated with systems above 50 extensions but I am sure it would just go up proportionate just like we are doing with systems under 50 extensions/users.

And yes we are considering a 15 day free trial for all users to get them hooked on the application.

.. companies that want to annoy the hell out of you by not ever answering your calls. I can count them on one hand: banks, cell phone companies, insurance companies when you want to file a claim, doctors' offices, customer "service" hotlines... You get the idea.

I think you just got carried away here, or you don't like your doctor very much.
I think we do a great job answering the phones at our doctor's office (and we don't manually make our appointment remdinders).
Guess you never called for me!
