TIPS Major issues with Asterisk Phone system - Help!

Recently we have had multiple issues with our phone system in regards to ringing all extensions or actually hearing the other end person

This used to work and just stopped working. We used the "ringall" strategy for a long time, and recently switched to "hunt" just to get all extensions to ring eventually. if we use ringall and have 11 extensions, at most we have seen was 6 to ring. now we are lucky if only 3 phones ring using any method.

If you call the extension directly externally or internally works fine.

We have also:

rebooted asterisk (many times)
rebooted freepbx server (many times)

setup:
Distro Name: CentOS release 6.3 (Final)
PIAF version: 2.0.6.3 under *XEN*
FreePBX = 2.11.0.43
Running Asterisk version: 11.2.1
Asterisk Source version: 1.8.20.1

Not sure what you did but that just looks wrong !

If you have the spare hardware, a another disk drive, I would start from scratch and rebuild your box --

technically it is possible to replace asterisk 1.8 with asterisk 11, the biggest issue is the PIAF Version is no longer available see http://pbxinaflash.com/community/in...sion-3-no-longer-available.16938/#post-113591

If it was me, I would do a full backup using Freepbx Backup and restore, rebuild with PIAF3 and restore the full backup
