Meetme Conf Hand Raise

Have been using Latest PBXIAF with FOP2 for Meetme conf where leader is giving a lecture and other participants are on mute...

At the end of conf , when Q&A session begins is there a way for participants to raise hands if they have questions so Leader can unmute them. Is this feature already there or If not is it hard to implement

The MeetMe of Asterisk is fairly primitive and limited. I do not believe this functionality exists. I have heard tale of a MeetMe replacement from time to time, but I've never used any such beasts.
