How to I fix the issue that I cant connect to none of the mirrors like I used to do? neither nor upadate-fixes or update-programs work it tells me connection unsuccesful maybe the mirrors have changed ?

TLDR version:

A decision by the PIAF team was made to "turn off and archive" all versions of PBX in a Flash prior to the current 3.X.

true, if miguel cannot ping www.google.com then it may be a network issue, but as miguel has been posting since 2013 and has used asterisk 1.8, I'm willing to take a guess it's a piaf2 install.
