FYI Missing Contexts for Fax Detection (IncredibleFax)

Just a heads up that some recent changes in FreePBX may have caused fax detection (FAX CNG) with Incredible Fax to stop working. Here's the fix:

@ward, I don't know if it matters as I don't have incredibleFAX installed BUT on oracle-ubuntu20.04 Igot two [from-fax] conexts that differ from each other. So FWIW here is what I had.

the latter context [ext-did-custom] was pre-existing before your above fix.
