Motel App Suggestions

Hi All

I have a dealer that wants to install a phone system for a 100+ room motel with various other courtesy phones within the motel complex.

Can anyone suggest an incoming and outgoing call managing software solution for the wakeup calls and long distance billing etc that would also integrate with either a new or existing billing/booking software that will work with an Asterisk based PBX? Open source would be preferable...

Also one of the requirements is the strobe call anouncement features that is described by the ADA for hearing impaired persons to announce the incoming call on the phones. If you have a sturdy phone that you have used in a motel application that meets these requirements give me your opinion.
