SOLVED Music on hold sounds like flapping film

Hello All,
I was deleting and uploading new music through the music on hold module, but now no matter what it sounds like flapping film at the end of old movies. Ive removed all music and added new music, as well as restarted server. Can I uninstall and reinstall the music on hold module? How can I do that?

What's the source format, bit rate, and file type?

I just uploaded MP3's and its worked so far. I think what happened is I deleted a song while someone was on hold and it got wedged somehow.
