Music on hold starts and then restarts

I keep running into this problem. Normally I can get it to stop the stutter by converting and reconverting the wav file. This time I can't seem to solve it. I have made doubly sure the file is 16bit 8k mono wav file. I have run it through sox numerous times (starting with the same source each time) to convert it to mp3 and gsm and still no luck. (Yes, I do an "mho reload" each time).

The problem is when you park a call, the moh starts to play for a couple seconds, then starts over. Very annoying!!

You have a thread that relates to this back in July... I think one of the respondents on that has the best theory which I've also seen elsewhere which is that the stream restarts based on the phase or progress of the call before its actually parked.

Ha! So apparently the third time is not the charm! I am sorry for the noise.....
