Need copy of op_buttons_custom.cfg please

From within winscp I tried to open up
/var/www/html/panel/op_buttons_custom.cfg
with notepad++ and the application crashed. Now the file is nowhere to be found on my pbx. I've used notepad before in this manner without issues but that doesn't matter now.

Could someone attach a default copy of
/var/www/html/panel/op_buttons_custom.cfg
please.
I am using pbxiaf 1.3 with latest freepbx version but I don't think it matters too much.
I will need it for my next reload or reboot.

Thanks for checking, I thought for sure it was there and disappeared when notepad++ choked.
I was trying to find for kbeall where I edited my fop config to display my zap channels. I need to make a notebook for all this stuff!
