need help ASAP with softphone

i am stuck with no cell service. need to make calls. have WiFi on laptop. for some reason i can not use X-Lite to make a call from my PiAF box. it registers.

i can however use gtalk to make a sip uri call back in.. but of course that only last a few seconds.

any idea what i can use to make a sip uri call that is PC based that i will be able to dial into via SIP URI???
