Long story short, customer wants emails sent to a specific person for each of 100+ different options on an IVR.
i.e. customer calls 1-800-OH-NOOO and IVR picks up, asks them to enter their 4-digit code, and after entering the code they are transferred to an Announcement.
If they stay on the line and listen to the whole thing, the Announcement will connect them with the agent's extension at the end.
All of that is fine.
However if someone calls in and says "geez this recording is too long, I don't have time for this" and hangs up, we'd like some way to email the agent that customer's phone number, even if they hung up 2 seconds after being connected to the announcement.
1. Is there a way to do this in PBXIAF?
2. Is there an easy way to do this?
I'm concerned that because these 4-digit codes need to be repurposed for different options in the future (and thus different agent emails), going in and hardcoding something would be a perpetual nightmare.
