I've used PIAF from day one, without any problem, but finally today I realized that I don't know how to make a three way call, I want to call my mom, put her on hold, an then dial my sis... and then have a three way call...
And I don't have a clue as of how to do it...

Thanks in advance for your help....

1. do you have a trunk capable of two channels to do this (maybe your normal phone line and a SIP/IAX trunk?)
2. what sort of telephone set are you using?

I'm using only VoIP, I have two different VoIP trunks and both are capable of 2 channels.
As for phone, I use a PAP2 and normal phones (Panasonic)

From Wikipedia (and assuming that your PAP2T is set up for standard US practice and recognises a hook flash signal). Try it with an internal call, if the other phone is sent to music on hold when you press FLASH/R and you hear dialtone then thats a good sign..

Three-way calling is available (usually at an extra charge) for most customers on their home or office phone line. To three way call, the first person one wishes to talk to is dialed. Then the Hook flash button is pressed and the other person's phone number is dialed. While it is ringing, flash is pressed again. This will put the three people together. This option allows callers to add a second outgoing call to an already connected call.

I tried this with some internal extensions in the office (all on PAP2Ts) and it worked. YMMV though..

Thanks.. it worked... (kind of)
I think its only a matter of try a few more times...
