FYI Neorouter Still Free and Usable With Incredible PBX ?

Is Neorouter still free and usable with Incredible PBX ?

I see that in some article Ward says "We do NOT recommend running NeoRouter Server on a Raspberry Pi even though the software is available."

But after the installation of Incredible PBX on the Raspberry Pi , I see a Neorouter Client service started any idea ?

We recommend hosting the server elsewhere, but NeoRouter Free Edition is alive and well and supported in all certified Incredible PBX builds.

How can I install the client only in a PIAF 3.0.6.5 running on Centos 6.5 , I read that it was supposed to be installed but the nrclientcmd does not work .... it says -bash: nrclientcmd: command not found. Thanks
