AWAITING FEEDBACK New Incredible PBX install, cannot access voicemail through UI

I have a new install of IncrediblePBX. I have created some extension for a Grandstream 4008, which all register and I can dial between extensions. I can access the voicemail through the phone, but no matter what I put into the UI it won't allow me in. Also I have to enter the admin password (which I've seen some other people mentioning as fixed, but mine doesn't seem to be) to even get to where it asks for voicemail login and pw. After I enter the admin PW, no combination of user/pass allows me into the voicemail through the UI. Is this expected behavior?
 
Not expected behavior. There are TWO admin passwords, one for the GUI and another for web apps. Have you set both of them as documented in the tutorial??
 
I have. Maybe I am not explaining myself very well. I get past the initial login (the admin for apps password previously set). What I mean is the actual User Control Panel. Once I get to this login screen, no combination of admin password or extension passwords (which is what I thought it would be at this point) works.
 
You have to set these passwords up in the GUI under the first tab.
