SOLVED New IncrediblePBX local extension not connecting!

using Yate, I added a test extension using CHAN_SIP 5099 and I get the message:

Failed to connect account 'sip:[email protected]'
Unauthorized

I disabled iptables after a few attempts
From Asterisk I get the below:

This should be the simplest operation but no joy....

Chan_SIP is probably listening on port 5061, make sure the phone is set to connect to ip.of.pb.x:5061.
