TRY THIS New to PIAF and locked out

Hello,

I just started a new job and they are using PIAF as their phone system. The issue is that they had a company administering the system and not they are switching management companies. In the meantime I need tom get into the system to admin and figure things out but I cannot get logged in and because of the relationship with the previous IT company they will not give us any further support, like login info. Nothing I found online seems to work and I don't know how to login into the server.

Any help would be great. I am just one guy and a lot of fires to put out.

Basically what you are asking is to hack the pbx dont post the solution here because you can put all of us on risk, the new company should ask the old one directly.

You dont have the password? There should be no way but to hack it I dont know how to do this but I dont think someone who knows how will tell you in a thread it would expose him and all of us, my best recommendation is install it from scratch, how many extensions are they? I offer my help.

Ok, well I click on the admin tab and a pw box comes up, I type in a password that I thought might work and I get to a screen that has 6 options, voice and recording, linux admin, free pbx admin, menu configuration, etc.

Does that help? I am a little closer

what password is in the menu configuration option. I tried changing that but not sure what password that goes to?

Then image it first, then do the changes, then drop the image back on if something goes wrong . . .

You mention that you are new to PIAF. When you do finally gain access to the system, do not run any CentOS updates, ie. yum update.
