SOLVED No audio after restore from backup?

I am trying to create a duplicate server using backup from one system, and restoring to another. Everything seems to work OK, but when I try to make a call from the new server, there is no audio in or out of the system. Everything registers fine, calls dial and ring normally, but audio is dead.
This is a pretty complicated system, so I don't want to have to redo it from scratch. Both systems are on RentPBX, with the only difference being the IP address. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a fix?

In Asterisk Sip Settings > External IP match the new server
