GO HERE No payloads are available

Hello;
I recently downloaded the newest ISO the 2.0.6.5.0 64 bit version to install. However, when I run the "piafdl" program, it says that there are no payloads available. Has anyone else seen this before? Perhaps there are some issues with the site that stores the files that need to be downloaded?

PIAF2.x is deprecated and can no longer be installed.
