There are different sizes for a phone (6X9X3), a desk calculator/larger phone {the DE380 IP Rs offered by www.8774e4voip.com in this tread and the Nortel 1535 fit in this category} (9x12x3) and a laptop version as well. Prices run between $11-$17.
No, I don't sell it myself, I just happened to be looking for this myself for the DE380s I bought as the come with no stand or wall mounting and lays flat, so I need one too.
