Sorry folks some errors have crept into the latest build release. When all of our stuff gets rebuilt from our beta server some errant code got injected into the final product which is in PIAF space now. Just in the process of rebuilding the lost with some extra code to prevent this from occurring.
For the moment don't run update-programs/update-fixes/update-source on your systems this should be corrected by tomorrow.
If you see odd things happening do the following
log into the cli
cd /usr/local/sbin
rm -vf grep
That should fix it. Some test code for centos 5.6 got into the final product.
