One way audio when intercoming into yealink

I am using an aastra phone to intercom (*80) into a yealink, however, the intercom is only one way, as they can hear me but I cant hear them.

Do I have to change somethng on the yealink?

On the Yealink phone go to Phone---->Features and make sure that "Intercom Mute" is disabled.

Try upgrading to the latest firmware version 9.60.0.140. That feature may very well be included.
