TIPS Oracle Cloud - using WordPress

Anyone tried using WordPress on it?
Playing around, and got it installed, but then I noticed a problem. api.wordpress.org is being blocked.

Looking over the docs, and asking on a WordPress chat, there seems to be a need to "create a compartment."

Whatever you do, don't even think about running WordPress without WordFence, or your bandwidth bill would be stratospheric in no time due to hacking attempts.

And that's the problem, all the plugins and their updates are pushed through api.wordpress.org.
