Orgasmatron 5.2 outcalling stopped working :(

Seems like outcalling with Orgasmatron 5.2 through Google Voice stopped working.
Is anyone else having the same issue?
I'll try to post a CLI soon...

UPDATE: I got it working for a few calls now...
I'm going to try a few things, and see if I can get it working fully.

I've had some similar problems and found the problem specific to certain phones. If I use a software SIP phone (X-lite) everything always works, but sometimes the phones that are on a PAP2T and coming off the TDM card don't work. It seems that the PBX isn't reading the tones from these phones correctly.

Rebooting the PBX fixes it but the problem crops up after a few days. Any recommended settings to fix this?
