NO JOY OSS Endpoint manager 11.5+

Has anybody noticed that the new version of OSS Endpoint manager no longer shows the tabs when customizing the per phone features,
ideally usefull for speeddials etc...

Yes I noticed that as well but if your under the templates section it works there just not under the devices section.
