Outbound Calls - Help Please- "Urgent"

Issues just started out of nowhere!! We can make outbound calls but there is no sound. No one can hear us and we cant hear them. Inbound works fine. Rebooted PIAF server...Still nothing. Could someone please help me figure this out? This is our call center so this issue is pretty urgent.

*I dont think it is the provider either. Tried two different with the same results.

*Also same results calling between extensions-sound is gone.

So something changed --

New Firewall / New Rules in the Firewall ?? ISP Update ?? new Router ?? new Switch ?? New VPN ??

Other than HELP you really haven't told anyone much of anything here ..

I found my issue....I had changed the sip_custom.conf file, I added my externalip and localnet. Funny thing is i changed this over 3 weeks ago. Anyways, commented my changes out and now everything is working again. What i don't understand is that i thought it said in the documentation to add the appropriate ip settings here, was i wrong?

without knowing more about your setup, it's hard to say.
