Hey Guys,

Thank you for taking the time to try and help.

I have an issue with my PIAF install (running on FreePBX 2.9.0.7) where most/ if not all of the time, my outbound CIDs show 011-xxx-xxxx. I rather it showed a 1 or ideally nothing other than just CID.

am i missing something obvious?

Again, thank you very much for your time. i apologize if this has bin addressed elsewhere, but i couldn't fnd anything that worked for me.

thanks. :banghead:

There are two settings you should be aware of Dial Patterns found in an Outbound Route and Dial Rules found in the Trunk settings.

Dial Patterns select the "numbers" that will cause the call to use the Outbound Route. An example, dial 9 to get an outside number.

Dial Rules are used to modify the outgoing number, maybe prefix a country code or area code.

What are Dial Pattern are you using and have you configured a Dial Rule?
