Outgoing fax on FXS ringing into office

Occasionally when I send a fax out on a PSTN line through my desktop fax machine which is hooked up to a TDM400 with fxs card the call rings the office like an incoming call. I cannot reliably reproduce this behavior. The PSTN line is hooked up to PBXIAF through the TDM400 as is the fax machine.

Same Problem

Same thing here, phantom calls coming from the TDM400 internal analog module extensions, during heavy caller volume. Faxing out will also do this, I think it has something to do with a call waiting trigger/routing on those modules. Just a guess though. But we sure dont like all the phantom calls to our main ring group. Makes the receptionist think there is a problem, even though its originating from an internal source.
