When I get a call thru a zap line and park it. On the FOP it shows that my extension on the parking lot. Shouldn't this show the callerID of the parked call?
Then when it gets picks it up gets the parking lot number shows as the caller ID and not the original caller ID.
My CDR records also get screwed up and does not show it as an outside call either.
This is a fresh install from last week.
