Hello!
I'm a bit perplexed as to the route to take to install PBIAF/IncrediblePBX on OpenVZ VPS's.
In a nutshell, I have some VPS's and I've installed CentOS 5/32 on one and CentOS 5/64 on another.
I've followed a few of the threads here, and don't own any of the hardware, so I can't just install Proxmox and OpenVZ templates, but I do have CentOS up and running.
I would like to run Purple, the Asterisk 1.8.x variation, but would settle for just getting PBIAF up and running on these boxes in any incarnation at this point.
Where do I download the scripts or what I need to do this?
I've followed this thread for the IncrediblePBX but still would need the required PBIAF first, and don't have access to create OpenVZ templates or load an OS from ISOs: http://pbxinaflash.com/forum/showpost.php?p=57995&postcount=10
I've followed this too, but again, it appears to presume that one has access to the bare metal: http://pbxinaflash.com/wiki/index.php?title=PBX_in_a_Flash#OpenVZ_Downloads
I've got the install-piaf-on-existing-centos-v1.04.sh script, but is this what I'm looking for?
Here's what I've got so far. I ran the script on a CentOS 5/32 box. I've reached this point:
At this point, I went ahead (since I have no bandwidth issues) with the download and now I'm here:
I've looked here: http://nerdvittles.dreamhosters.com/pbxinaflash/source/
And I can't find all of the following rpms listed above. i.e.,
Asterisk-Flite-1.6-0.1-beta2.tar.gz
flite-1.3-11.el5.x86_64.rpm
flite-1.3-9.fc9.x86_64.rpm
flite-1.3-9.i386.rpm
flite-devel-1.3-11.el5.x86_64.rpm
flite-devel-1.3-9.fc9.x86_64.rpm
flite-devel-1.3-9.i386.rpm
and
webmin-updt.tgz (No webmin rpm, just an update tgz)
But jack-audio-connection-kit, nas, piafdl, piafxtras, pulseaudio-libs, webmin, and pfmon aren't there.
I looked for the .iso file that was supposed to have been downloaded. but I don't see it on the server.
Since the server is a 32 bit server, it apparently downloaded the iso for that arch, but grabbed the pbxinaflash-17553.iso instead of the pbxinaflash-17555.iso, as I would have expected.
Is there a location where I can d/l the above rpms from in a nice tidy tarball, or even individually? And which particular versions do I need?
Thanks

Here's what I've got so far. I ran the script on a CentOS 5/32 box. I've reached this point:
Code:
================================================================================
This next step will download the PiaF ISO and install
the dependencies that are included on the ISO but
but are not available in the CentOS repository.
================================================================================
If this is an OpenVZ (e.g. Proxmox install) then the
following steps will fail, and you will have to install the
following pachages manually from your copy of the ISO in the
/pbx directory of the PIAF ISO.
================================================================================
The packages to upload and install are:-
flite flite-devel jack-audio-connection-kit nas piafdl piafxtras pulseaudio-libs webmin pfmon
================================================================================
NB. you can exit now, and install the above manually and save some bandwidth,
================================================================================
After reboot execute piafdl
Press CTRL C to exit or enter to continue
Code:
Cannot open file: webmin*.rpm. Skipping.
Nothing to do
umount: /mnt/piaf/: not mounted
