One way is there is a 'code' 7777 which simulates an incoming call (indound routes -> default [any did/any did]) set the destination to terminate call ->Out on hold until caller hangs up. This would use your DEFAULT MOH group.

Streaming is a bit more complex.

Well I have arch linux install under slice of xen server on hp server. I also have pogoplug. I wonder if there is a module that will play music from usb stick or internet stream. how do i add extension module​

Interesting, I would make an 'auto attendant' with options that instead of going to an extension play specific audio books.
Should be quite easily doable...
