NEED MORE INFO Phone hooked up via VPN, cant resume a call on hold

I have a phone hooked up via VPN (yealink), when you put someone on hold, you cant answer again after.

Any suggestions?

I just tried looking, there is so much going on that it is hard to tell. Is there a way to filter out only one extension? On the phone itself, it says timed out.

Don't have a CLI in front of me right this second, but I think you can do something like "sip set debug peer xxx" where xxx is your extension.

Edit: Wireshark between the phone and your PBX works too. Yealink may also have a way to get a SIP trace from its GUI. Never used one, but I know some manufacturers do that.
 
Do you have your VPN network listed as a local network under SIP settings?
 
yes. Even though I just noticed that I had used the auto option and instead of 10.10.1.0 it had 10.10.1.2
I wonder if that can cause issues
