I have a setup where calls coming in on a PRI go to queue. Queue has static members say 101 and 104. 104 answers the call, then hangs up, then instead of being presented a new call, the call that was just completed and hung up on, rings back on 4 lines and when they answer, there is no one there. I had skip busy agent setting in queue, I have disabled CW on PBXIAF, I am using a SNOM 360.
This happens randomly and when ever I call and test everything is fine, but the receptionist keeps complaining that she is loosing calls and she is getting multiple calls.
I first did not believe it until I saw the reports, Its difficult to get a cli trace, but these cdr reports clearly show this. Can someone help please. I have looked up but have not been able to find a good reason or answer. Please see example below:
