Phone time keep reseting to default

Hi,

Using Asterisk, Pbx in flash with Mitel 5224 IP Phone. The system, Pbx have the time right. But the phones are not keeping the time they default back to the time of setup or to the year 1970. I have changed them many times and it happen they go back again.

Any one have this kind proper or ran into that issue? do you have any solution?

I'm not familiar with the Mitel 5224 phones, but do you have a time source configured on the phones? If so, have you tried changing it to a different source?

I have the source set to my internet provider,
what would you suggest to change it to, i live eastern atlantic time?

How about us.pool.ntp.org It's always worked for me.
