Phones locking up on incoming call

Hi Guys
We have piaf 1.3 with 8 linksys phone extensions and using a Grandstream GXW4008

About once a week a call will come in. The designated primary phone rings plus the others in the same ring group. When the user picks up the handset the phone keeps ringing. Picking up other handsets or doing callgroup pickup doesnt work either.
The incoming called id is garbled

After a few minutes the phones will do a reset.
Sometimes we may need to reboot the pbx

It sounds (in rough terms) like a network issue. I have to assume you are bringing analog lines in through the GXW4008 and the linksys phones are SIP. Post your trunk configuration (SIP I'm guessing) and the basic specs for at least one of your extensions. Some info on your router and basic network would probably be helpful to anyone who might respond as well.
