PIAF-Aastra 57i Hold ring back?

Is it possible to make FreePBX or the Aastra hone to ring back when a call is placed on hold for more then 2-3 minutes ?? because right now it is really anoying since it is put on hold until the rtpholdtimeout reach it's limit and the call is just dropped?? Is there any setting in the Phone i can change or in FreePBX ?? Thanx a lot!

We use the park function. it has more options and I can pre-pend a pkd in front of the number so that the person answering the phone knows the person was just on hold for a time period.

We make calls that are parked ring back to the ring group. this works for us!
