PIAF for outbound call centre?

G'day,

I'm (a noob) looking at building my own PIAF server for an outbound call centre setup (5 agent), along with plans to use 'CyTrack - CyCall' call centre management software. As such, CyTrack require TAPI & SMDR output. As I'm quite new to all this, would someone be kind enough to please indicate whether I can get SMDR output from PIAF? And secondly, whether 'Activa for Asterisk' will reliably provide what I require from a TAPI standpoint? :confused5:

Anyone asking for help in creating an outbound call center solution should explain how they wont be calling me during the dinner hour to sell a political candidate, health insurance, smoking cessation assistance, or subscription feminine hygiene products (I'm not kidding about that one. I don't know what it is, and i don't want to!) to me. The LAST thing I want to assist anyone with is any form of telemarketing, polling, or any other form of tele-intrusion.

So, Keiran.... Whats up?
