I used that tutorial to setup a piaf green 64bit on virtual box.
I just had a few questions before I started to bang my head on a wall at 3am while wired on 4 cups of coffee!
I am trying to develop a call center simply to, record incoming and outgoing calls, have phone extensions, and transfer calls. And I want to do this utilizing my skype manager account, with at the moment 16 subscriptions.
I am trying to integrate a softphone into software I am developing on sugarcrm community edition.
I plan to transfer the vm to a server box I just built, its specs are :
AMD [email protected]
4GB ddr3 1600
WD 1 TB 7200rpm, 64mb cache sata3, running on sata2 port.
I also have a toll free 1800 number which I want to setup to fwd to a skype number which fwds to a group of skype numbers. I am not sure if any of this is possible but if it is, is there any company anyone recommends to port my 1800 number to, so I can basically just use it to fwd calls, and not cost me 100-200 dollars a month?
I am new to most of this but I have strong computer background. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
