PIAF install failing

i am trying to install PIAF on Intel Atom 230 D945GCLF Mini-ITX MB + 2GB + JC201B Case. Install will fail afetr it says running .../sbin/installer with EIP error. Same problem with both 1.3 and 1.4. Here is some description of error:

Hi

Disable the NIC in the BIOS, install ISO, on reboot you will be prompted for the installation of the driver. Install it, reboot, enable NIC, install PIAF
