PIAF load files updated for Asterisk 1.6

Hi All we have merged the latest build of asterisk 1.6.1.1 into PIAF Bronze. If you want the latest you will have to do a complete reinstall until the update-source16 program becomes available again later in time.

We have tested it as best we can so please report any bugs in the bug forum and not to this thread. If you want to know what are the new features I recommend you go to the digium website and read up on it.
