PiaF Purple fresh install shows offline

I just finished with a fresh install of PiaF, and everything appears to be fine, except that the mailserver shows as being "OFFLINE", in orange.

Now, sendmail is installed (version ), but it isn't started.

Is this normal for a fresh install of PiaF, prior to the installation of IncrediblePBX?

Should I simply start sendmail and set it to start at boot time?

Or is this perhaps an indication of something wrong?

I ask because most everything in PiaF is set up and fired up as a result of the installation (BTW, this was an installation that occured on a fresh CentOS box via the "existing" script install.
