This server is in the AWS cloud.

Using a SSH tunnel to the server I am able to open the Admin/User page. Able to SU on server and I have been able to change (set) the root pwd and the passwd-master pwd. When I try to access the Admin page the root pwd does not work. I have tried the webadmin and webmin with NO success.

Is there something that I am missing.

Do you mean the Freepbx page? THe username is usually wwwadmin or maint on the older systems.
