SImple neat and elegant, and little to go wrong.

There could be some really nice enhancements to this.

• One way replication of the database, and promote to master when the primary fails, thus CRD are up to date
• rsync to keep VM's oin sync, and any other changes
• Stop asterisk, and only bring it up when required.
• make a couple of minor changes to use RT VM
