Polycom paging/intercom auto answer

My intercom and paging ring-answer was working fine with polycom 2.x software. I recently upgraded to 3.1.1 (to get the park feature working) and discovered that ring-answer no longer seems to work right.

Asterisk is sending the proper Alert Info, and I have checked my cfg files carefully to be sure I have the alert info set properly for "ring-answer". Other alert info types seem to work ok.

With ring-answer I get ringing, but no answering. I have tried using the fresh default polycom phone.cfg and sip.cfg too.

Anyone else notice this problem?
 
Anyone else have paging working right with 3.x polycom software?
 
Make sure that you have the following line in one of your config files

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value="Ring Answer" voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="4" />
 
I can confirm Paging / Intercom does work with Polycom's 3.1 firmware.

Pkaplan's instruction above is correct. The edit is to the sip.cfg file.
