TIPS Polycom SoundPoint IP phone and Incredible PBX 2027

We found an older new in box Polycom phone and tried to add it to our office system. It isn't able to make or receive calls. Does any know how to properly configue it?

on my sp 321 I'm using udponly transport for both Line 1 Server and under Sip Servers Server 1

I was never able to get the web interface configuration to work on my SP 501.

OSS-EPM worked after I made some modifications.
