Populate Blacklist

Moving from FreePBX 2.8 to 2.9 allows for text CID associated with blacklist entries. I wanted to populate these values so I knew who I was blacklisting. This script leverages the superfecta to populate the blacklist.

I appreciate all feedback and improvements to the script.
