Problem with CDR not showing actual Dst

Since I upgraded to latest Freepbx 2.5.2.2, when I dial a feature code like Voicemail *97, the call shows up in CDR as "h" under Dst column. It used to show the actual code dialed *97. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Same problem across 2 installs. Latest PIAF load 1.4. Thanks.
