provissioning cisco 7941

Hi All,

I am trying to provission a cisco 7941 using t*f*t*p without too much success.

The phone has been upgraded to SIP already from SCCP using SIP8.0(2).

When provissioing the phone using PIAF t*f*t*p, the phone keeps asking for CTLFile.tlv file.

Any ideas on how to generate this file of stop the phone from this loop?
