I am using PBX ina Flash from last 2 years and it is great! However, I have one small issue with PSTN trunk. Here is my setup details.
PBX in a Flash Version = 1.7.5.5
FreePBX Version = 2.9.0.7
Running Asterisk Version = Asterisk 1.6.2.9
Asterisk Source Version = 1.6.2.9
Dahdi Source Version = 2.3.0.1+2.3.
Libpri Source Version = 1.4.11.3
Addons Source Version = 1.6.2.1
I have two PSTN trunk (using TDM 410 FXO port). I have setup inbound route on one PSTN to call group.
My issue is that when incoming call comes on this PSTN trunk, call is picked up by asterisk and then ring is sent to call group and ring back tome to caller. This works fine for moist of cases but not if there is call from some automated system. Automated system(from my Doctor's office) starts their announcement/message as soon as they detect the call is picked up by asterisk so by the time ring group is called and I pick call from one of extension in ring group, half of the announcement is gone. Is it possible to configure asterisk to not pickup the call and start sending ring to ring group and bridge the call to the extension of a ring group when it picks up the call?
