I am building a new purple install, after awhile away..

I know when I did the install it asked about passwords I let it generate it's own and that works fine..

I was in amportal.conf today and noticed that the passwords were NOT updated there. Seem to recall reading that this might have been replaced with MySql instructions but a quick search did not find a specific note..

So I am curious what the right answer is.. Also where do I turn off FOP these days, stillin amportal.conf or in a MySql row.

TIA ---

FOP is disables in amportal.conf, IIRC its FOPRUN=true/false

The other passwords in amportal.conf should not be changed. If you change them, many things will break. Those passwords are not the same as the password generated during the install.
